Quantapay is a Payment Service Provider specializing in high-risk industries, offering secure transaction processing and merchant support. Due to the nature of high-risk payment environments, all users must undergo a strict onboarding and compliance process. Use of our Services is permitted only for lawful business purposes. By registering for or using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind the business entity you represent, and will comply with all applicable local and international laws, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) regulations.

As a high-risk PSP, Quantapay reserves the right to assess, monitor, and manage transaction and operational risks continuously. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services and may limit or suspend use where risk thresholds are exceeded, or suspicious activity is detected. Merchants using our Services must be transparent about their business activities and may not use the platform for any illegal or restricted purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, the sale or facilitation of prohibited goods or services such as unlicensed pharmaceuticals, illegal gambling, counterfeit products, money laundering operations, unregulated investment schemes, or adult content involving minors or non-consensual material.

Users are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date information and maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Quantapay may request ongoing documentation to verify business legitimacy and ensure continued compliance. Transaction fees, reserves, rolling reserves, and settlement terms are determined based on the individual merchant agreement and may vary depending on transaction volume, risk category, and jurisdiction. Chargebacks, fraud, and excessive refund rates may result in delayed settlements, account reviews, or additional reserve requirements.

Quantapay maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, abuse, or regulatory violations. We may suspend or terminate any account without notice if we detect behavior that jeopardizes the integrity of our platform, violates these Terms, or exposes us or our banking partners to legal or reputational risks. Merchants are solely responsible for resolving any chargebacks or disputes that may arise, and Quantapay reserves the right to deduct associated fees from settlements.

We are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our users. All data collected during onboarding or account use is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information. Quantapay’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
